You can have Pop Invoice automatically save a copy of every generated invoice PDF directly into your Notion database. This keeps all your invoices stored in one place for easy access and record-keeping.
In your Notion invoice database, add a new property.
Go to the Configure Notion Properties page in Pop Invoice

Scroll down to the Auto-save PDF to Notion section.
Toggle on the Enable save PDF to Notion.
Select the Files & Media property from your invoice database you want to save the PDF to 👇

Each time you generate an invoice in Pop Invoice, the latest PDF will be uploaded into the selected Notion property. You can still download the PDF or send it by email, this feature just ensures there is always a copy saved in Notion.
If you haven’t got a Files and Media type property in your Invoice database in Notion you will see the following message in the Auto-save PDF to Notion section 👇

From here you can open your database directly, add in the property and return to Pop Invoice to enable the functionality.
