Step 3: Preview the invoice

When you’re happy with how your invoice looks, you can create your invoice.

It’s a sequential number. You can also set client-specific invoice sequence numbers and prefixes and if you’re a Pro user you can set the invoice number in your Notion database

Step 4: Create the PDF invoice

  1. At the bottom of the invoice preview you have 3 options:
    1. Email
    2. Download
    3. Create and save

All options above will create a PDF version of your invoice which you can download from the “Invoices” page.
