The template has 3 databases, each database has some sample entries for illustration, which you can use to create and send a test PDF invoice.
The Invoice database is where you create the invoice ready to be turned into a PDF.

Invoice items on an invoice detail the goods or service that you will be billing the client for. An Invoice has to have at least one item.
The Invoice Items database is where this information is stored but you add these items in the invoice record.
