The standard Notion template you download with Pop Invoice includes a shortcut to create invoices directly in Pop Invoice. If you’re using an old version of this template or have your own set-up jump here to the set-up instructions.
You're all set. Click on the Pop Invoice shortcut in your Notion invoice database and it will automatically create and open the invoice in Pop Invoice.

If you open an invoice that has already been created in Pop Invoice a warning message will appear above it. This means it’s already been sent, you can send it again plus it’s a quick way to view the invoice.

You need to set up some properties in your invoice database, where you selectwhich template to use when creating each invoice. If you don’t select a template it will create the invoice using your default template
