Pop Invoice comes with a standard template that you can customise to determine the look and layout of your PDF invoices.

Step 1: Open the template to edit it

• In Pop Invoice click on the ‘Templates’ menu item in the left hand panel
• Click on the edit button on the Standard Template

Step 2: Edit the template

When you edit the template a series of forms appear where you can edit the labels and properties the template uses to create the PDF invoice.

These are the form sections:

• Your business information
• Customer information
• Invoice information
• Additional Info
• Line items
• Totals
• Bottom
• Payment Link
• General Settings
