Email your PDF invoice to your client directly from Pop Invoice. You can also attach up to 5 additional files, each file has a maximum size limit of 20mb.

Instructions

1. Create the invoice and select Email

Create a draft invoice in Pop Invoice and click on the email button to open the email form.

2. Edit the email if required

The form auto-populates using your client’s and invoice data, you can overwrite any fields.

3. Cc or Bcc other email addresses - if required

By default the email will be sent to the customer using the email from your Notion customer database. You can Cc or Bcc other people (even yourself) by clicking on the Cc/Bcc link to reveal those fields. *to send to multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma.

5. Upload additional files (20mb maximum size for each file)

Upload files in the Attachments section If you want to attach additional files to the email. You can add up to 5 files, each files can be a maximum size of 20mb.

6. Send the email

Click Send the email button to email the PDF to the client.

After sending, you’ll be redirected to the invoice list page, where the PDF remains available for download at any time.
